We deliver to addresses across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
The delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are prepared and carefully packed in our signature presentation box before dispatch. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
When your order leaves us, we share the courier tracking details with you so you can follow it to your door.
If you choose Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. Orders that are refused on delivery may be declined for Cash on Delivery in future.
We currently deliver to addresses in Pakistan only and do not ship internationally. If you live outside Pakistan, you can still order: simply use the address of family or friends in Pakistan, and they can bring your Scentiorita to you or send it on as a gift. Many of our customers in the UK, Canada, Australia and beyond order this way.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at scentiorita@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
