Orders & payment
Every fragrance in the Signature Collection is priced the same: PKR 2,625 (regular price PKR 3,500).
Choose your fragrance, add it to your bag and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.
You can pay by Cash on Delivery or by bank transfer. Card payments will be offered at checkout once available. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched after payment is confirmed.
Shipping & delivery
Yes. We deliver to addresses across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Delivery is free on orders over PKR 5,000. Orders below that carry a flat delivery charge of PKR 250, shown at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will share your tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
Not yet — we currently deliver within Pakistan only. Many of our customers in the UK, Canada, Australia and elsewhere order for delivery to family or friends in Pakistan, who then bring it to them or send it on as a gift. Add a gift note at checkout and we will take care of the presentation.
Returns
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will guide you through the return. Full details are in our Returns policy.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
