Your order is an offer to buy. We will confirm it by email, and the contract is formed when your order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable or details cannot be verified — and will refund any payment received.
We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer, and card payments where offered at checkout. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns policy, including our 15-day money-back guarantee.
